      Editable starting points. Applying a build replaces your layers and any sizes listed below. Check the fit and foam before ordering.

      • Sofa shape, 180 × 70 cm. Memory foam 2.5 cm over firm foam 10 cm.

      • Mattress shape, 135 × 190 cm. Memory foam 5 cm over medium foam 15 cm.

      • Keep your shape and footprint. Soft foam 2.5 cm over firm foam 7.5 cm.

      Foam and measurement terms

      Measure your cover before ordering. Width is side to side; length runs front to back. Thickness is the depth of the foam. Follow the guide beside each box for your shape.

      Millimetres (mm) and centimetres (cm) are units of length: 10 mm is 1 cm. A radius is the distance from the centre of a circle to its edge. A diameter goes all the way across.

      A bullnosed edge is rounded. A bowed front curves outwards. A cutaway removes a corner. A raised roll is the curved part above the flat foam.

      Foam codes such as 39H identify a grade; they are not measurements. Layers are joined from top to base, and this bonding is included in the price.

      Dacron is soft polyester padding. Stockinette is a stretchy fitting sleeve; it is not a cushion cover. Ask our team for help choosing or measuring foam.

      Polyester wadding bonded to the top and bottom for a fuller cushion. Your measurements are the foam cutting size; the wadding adds fullness inside your cover.

      Do you offer trade discounts or bulk foam pricing?

      If you buy foam regularly for your business or need larger quantities, contact us to discuss your requirements and trade pricing. Any discount or terms need to be agreed with our team; creating an online account does not automatically activate them.

      What should I send for a trade quote?

      Email the shape and dimensions of each piece, thickness, units, quantities, foam grade or intended use, any layers or finishing extras, your delivery postcode and required date. Include your business contact details and attach your drawing or cutting list. For an existing order, include your order number.

      Can you cut foam from a drawing or template?

      Send a dimensioned drawing and the quantity you need. Our team will review the shape and confirm the next steps and quote. Contact us before posting a physical template.

      Which foam grade should I use for upholstery?

      The right grade depends on the application, cushion thickness and the feel you want. Density and firmness describe different properties. Tell us how the piece will be used so we can help you compare options.

      What should I check for contract seating?

      Send the project specification, including any required fire-performance or technical documentation, before ordering. Ask us to confirm the selected material against your requirements.

      Can I order matching pieces again?

      Keep your order number, material code, measurements and construction details. Contact us with those details for repeat work so we can check current availability and pricing.

      When will my trade foam order arrive?

      Delivery depends on the order and destination. Check the delivery details with your order and contact us before buying if you have a fixed installation date, need a bulk delivery or want to arrange factory collection.

      Can I buy foam sheets for my workshop?

      If you are cutting your own pieces, ask our team about foam sheet sizes, materials and availability. Tell us what the foam will be used for so we can discuss the options.
